Julia and Jonathon went back to where it all started for their Boston Elopement, Kendall Square. After years together, starting a family and living through a pandemic, they decided that it was about the right time to say I Do. They shared vows in a private ceremony and Julia decided to surprise Jonathon with a celebratory photo session. Cue me.

I waited patiently a the Kendall Square restaurant where they shared their first date to surprise Jonathon. He definitely didn’t expect it and it made for some gorge photos to celebrate their day. Rather than sticking in one spot we decided to explore the area and have fun! We took some confetti to MIT which was just around the corner and used that perfect silvery back drop to create the perfect celebratory photos for their quiet elopement.

Afterwards we headed back down to the restaurant to grab a bite to eat. Pizza on a wedding day? Yes please! Honestly, IMO there truly is no better reception food! To sum it all up, their elopement was perfectly them, proving that there are absolutely no rules when it comes to wedding planning! You can go formal, casual or ANYWHERE in between. Thinking about planning your own Boston Elopement that’s a little more YOU and not just the cookie cutter elopement? Here’s another gorgeous Cambridge elopement for you to take a look at to get those creative juices really flowing!
